At the May council meeting, the Avilla Town Council accepted an offer for the last lot in the new Avilla East Industrial Park. The sale was completed by month-end. Now that the sale of the last 55 acres is complete, residents can expect more announcements about Avilla’s expanding industries soon. For example, construction is already underway by the industrial park entrance for Lake Lite, which plans to open its new facility this winter.
