NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE AVILLA TOWN COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Avilla, Indiana. Said Public Hearing will be held on the 17th day of May 2023, at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall, 108 S. Main Street, Avilla, Indiana. The petition was initiated to clarify the procedure for enforcing Section 94.15 Nuisances on Property Prohibited and incorporating the code violation court in Noble County. No fines are changed in this amendment.
