Notice of Sale of Vehicle
Notice is hereby given the Town of Avilla will receive sealed bids for the following vehicle:
2009 Ford Explorer, 73,907 miles, V6 4-wheel drive; retired police vehicle. The vehicle is parked at and may be inspected at Avilla Town Hall, 108 S. Main St. Avilla, Indiana. The vehicle will be sold “As Is” without any warranty.
All bids shall be sealed in an envelope clearly marked “Bid for 2009 Ford Explorer” and will be accepted until 3:30 pm on October 18, 2023, all bids will be opened and read aloud at the Avilla Town Council meeting, on October 18, 2023, at 6:00 pm in Avilla Town Hall. All bids received after 3:30 pm on October 18, 2023, will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids may be delivered to Avilla Town Hall, 108 S. Main St. Avilla, Indiana during normal business hours Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, or mailed to Town of Avilla P O Box 49 Avilla, IN 46710.
The Town of Avilla reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
