NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE AVILLA PLAN COMMISSION, on the 5th day of June, 2019, at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, 108 S. Main Street, Avilla, Indiana, will hold a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Avilla, Indiana.
The petitioners, Carvin & Yelena Miller are requesting the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from the A-1 (Agriculture) district to the LB (Local Business) District:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana. Parcel #57-09-23-300-004.000-003, more commonly known as 2340 N 1000E, Avilla, Indiana.
Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the proposed amendment, either in writing or in person, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said amendment may be filed with the Secretary of the Plan Commission before said meeting and will be heard by the Plan Commission at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. Said meeting is open to the public.
