SUBDIVISION PLAT APPROVAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE AVILLA PLAN COMMISSION will meet at Avilla Town Hall, 108 S. Main Street, Avilla, Indiana at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 to hold a public hearing on an application for Subdivision Plat Approval.  

The Town of Avilla has applied for Minor Subdivisions of 3 tracts of land from an 81.29 acre tract owned by the Town of Avilla at the southeast corner of East Albion Street and Lemper Road in the Town of Avilla.    McLaughlin Subdivision Section II contains 1.0 acres, more or less.   Avilla East Industrial Park Section I contains 7.27 acres, more or less.    Avilla East Industrial Park Section II contains 10.0 acres, more or less.

A tract of land taken from Town of Avilla as found in Document #150800186, as found in the Office of the Recorder of Noble County, Albion, Indiana, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 34 North, Range 11 East, Allen Township, Noble County, Indiana, being certified on a Survey on October 15, 2019 and prepared by Ryan C Weber (LS20800107) of Lakewood Surveying, LLC (Job Name: Town of Avilla – Leatherman Con 9-23-2019.dwg) more particularly described, as follows:
