The Avilla Town Council has honored Bill Ley with a commemorative monument at Heritage Park for his dedication and years of service to the Town of Avilla as Town Manager.
A retirement celebration was held at the Avilla Community Center for colleagues and residents to attend to show their appreciation and to wish him well in his new endeavors.
