NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Notice is hereby given that the Avilla Town Council will meet in Executive Session at 6:00 pm on the 12th day of October 2020, at the Avilla Town Hall, 108 South Main Street, Avilla, Indiana to discuss:
- Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)(vi) with respect to the sale of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract is executed by the parties.
