The Town of Avilla has arranged for two warming centers in anticipation of the extreme temperatures and high winds predicted for this long weekend. Those in need of heat or shelter should call 211 or (260) 897-3555 for location details. This number is the Avilla Police Department’s non-emergency number. Shelters will not have pre-set hours, they will be available as needed.
