Bill Freeman, Jr. has stepped down from the Avilla Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals after being appointed by the Noble County Commissioners to represent the two-mile jurisdiction around the town in 1999.
Bill’s dedication and commitment to Avilla and Noble County have made a valuable impact on our community. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors – he will be missed!
