AVILLA – The Redevelopment Commission (RDC) at its September 12 meeting recognized the long-standing service of Jim Schmenk. Jim held a position on the RDC board from its inception in 1993 until his passing in June of this year.
Bill Ley of the RDC presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Jim’s daughter, Cara Bowman, and thanked her for all Jim and his family has done for the town over the years. Present also was Jim’s sister, Judy Grocock.
