The Avilla Utility Office is not open to the public due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Utility payments can be made during normal business hours at our drive-thru window on the backside of our building.

For building permits or other inquiries please call the office at 260-897-2781.

Night deposits can also be made in the night deposit box. This is effective until further notice.

UTILITY PAYMENT METHODS

  • Pay in-person at Town Hall, 108 South Main Street, either inside or at the drive-up window at the rear of the building.
  • Pay by mail at Avilla Utilities, PO Box 49, Avilla, Indiana 46710
  • Pay with the drop box located under the drive-up window at the Town Hall.
  • Pay by using ACH, where it is deducted from a customer’s checking account at the same time each month.

  • To sign up for ACH, visit the Town Hall and fill out an application (you may download the form from this website).  You will need to bring a voided check and a valid driver’s license with you when you file your application (this must be done in person).

    NOTE:   If your phone number has changed, please write the correct phone number on your bill when remitting payment so that we can update our records promptly.
