NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

SUBDIVISION PLAT APPROVAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE AVILLA PLAN COMMISSION will meet at Avilla Town Hall, 108 S. Main Street, Avilla, Indiana at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, to hold a public hearing on an application for Subdivision Plat Approval.  The Applicant, Rock Solid Realty, LLC. is requesting Secondary Plat approval of the 2021 Replat of Watercrest Section III.   The proposed subdivision is an existing tract of land in the East Half of Section 27, T34, R11E, in Noble County, State of Indiana, and contains 11.65 acres +/-.  

The tract lies along the east side on Old State Road 3 at the north edge of Avilla.

The petition for said subdivision is on file at Avilla Town Hall, 108 S. Main Street, Avilla, Indiana.  Interested persons desiring to present their views on the proposed subdivision, either in writing or in person, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
