NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENT TO ZONING MAP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE AVILLA PLAN COMMISSION will meet on the 17 th day of November 2020, at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall, 108 S. Main Street, Avilla, Indiana, to hold a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Avilla, Indiana.
The proposed amendment would change Section 4, Chart of Permitted Uses, Line 99, to allow a fitness center by Special Exception within the “I” (Industrial) District of the Avilla Zoning Ordinance.
Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the proposed amendment, either in writing or in person, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place. Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said amendment may be filed with the Secretary of the Plan Commission before said meeting and will be heard by the Plan Commission at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. Said meeting is open to the public.
