Notice is hereby given the Town of Avilla will receive sealed bids for the following vehicle:
2008 Ford Crown Vic with a salvage Vehicle Title, VIN 2FAHP71V58X163182, 4.6L engine, 91,800 miles. This was a canine car for the Avilla Police Department.
Bids will be received until 1:00 pm on June 19, 2019, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids received after 1:00 pm on June 19, 2019 will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
All bids shall be sealed in an envelope clearly marked “Bid for 2008 Crown Vic”. Bids may be delivered to Avilla Town Hall, 108 South Main Street, Avilla, Indiana during normal business hours, or mailed to Town of Avilla, PO Box 49, Avilla, Indiana 46710.
The vehicle may be inspected at Avilla Town Hall, 108 South Main Street in Avilla, Indiana. The vehicle will be sold “As Is”, without any warranty. The Town of Avilla reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
