PLEASE NOTE: Scavenging of trash and unwanted piles of items has always been a problem during Spring Clean-Up and it makes Noble County Disposal’s job more
time-consuming and difficult than it needs to be.
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to be sure that their yard while the trash is out and after it is picked up, is in order. Additionally, any piles that have been scavenged through and made disorderly will be left behind.
