The Town of Avilla is accepting applications for the position of Journey Lineman. Successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of the electrical distribution system and visual inspection of substations. He/she shall have a thorough working knowledge of overhead and underground lines, equipment and tools as well as basic knowledge of substation operation. The successful candidate will be required to assist other utility departments as needed.
