AVILLA – A meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 1st at 6:30 p.m., at the Town Hall to review the Downtown Improvement preliminary plans. The Town Council and Restore Avilla Committee will be reviewing the plans to provide feedback to the engineers.
The preliminary plan is almost complete with the exception of the handicap accessibility. The plans must be final, put out for bid, and on contract by April 15th in order to receive the grant monies approved for this project.
