Residents and businesses are getting calls from AEP or Duke Energy telling them they must pay their bill by credit card immediately to avoid being shut off. It is a scam if it is not a Town of Avilla employee.
The Town of Avilla is the only power provider within the town. We do not accept credit card payments.
